The default installation path is "C:\Program Files\MiniMaxMod" if "C:\" is your main drive. There you will find the main installer file (MiniMaxMod.exe) and the console (minimaxconsole.exe). The M3_DATA/images/ directory containing selectable images used by the mod is also located there. Add your own images to the appropriate folder if you want to add custom images to the graphics selector.
This is the installer you have to run to replace the default images and re-arrange the elements (the player seats,the cards,the chat...)
to better fit the bigger table sizes. First make sure that you selected the correct poker client directory. "C:\Poker\NoIQ Poker" is the poker client
directory for No IQ Poker for example. If you're not sure whether you have selected the correct directory see if you find casino.exe in that folder.
casino.exe is the main exe of any ipoker client.
With "resize table to fit layout" enabled the selected table image will be resized to fit the dimentions of the selected layout.
"Overlay table" will overlay "M3_DATA/overlays/oTable.png" over the table image. This can come in handy when making your own layouts. I suggest you use the provided black or blue simple backgrounds when using overlay.
You can edit the overlay setting by editing the overlay variables in settings.ini:
overlayTablePath: specify the path to the image you want on top of the background image.
overlayScale: the width of the table relative to the layout width.
overlayTableSpacingTop: how far from the top should the overlay be placed. In [pixels].
Please note that the main installer isn't the file that does the actual resizing. Resizing the tables to the new dimentions is done by the console.
You will have to open the console and leave it open during the time you play (You can minimize it of course).

Don't calibrate if the hotkeys work properly. Some skins nudge the buttons abit, some don't. It should work on most skins by default.
To calibrate: run the mod with any layout loaded. Enable the console with the correct settings. Open ONE table. Wait till it is you turn to act. Are the min/2xmin/3xmin/pot/Allin buttons visible? (Sometime you get less buttons like when someone goes all in. Don't calibrate then. Wait untill all those buttons are showing.) When its your turn click on the table felt to reset the tabcount (thanks to Daves betpot for this method) and hit "calibrate". You should get a message showing the mouse coordinates. Click OK. Please make sure that the cursor ends up on the MIN button!
In the /M3_DATA folder you will find the layouts.ini file that contains all the layouts. You can add your own layouts by copy/pasting a whole section, renaming the section name and editing the parameters you need to edit. A section starts with "[section name]". [518x400(6max)] is the section that contains all the data for the 518x400(6max) layout.
There are many parameters. Here's a picture with a couple of parameters drawn to give you an idea.
When you add layouts you should restart minimaxmod for it to appear in the dropdown box. You don't need to restart when you're making adjustments to the layout though. Just save layouts.ini and run the mod.
A quick note on the vsceneWidth and vsceneHeight parameters. Don't change these unless you need to.
If you are going to make layouts considerably bigger than 600x500 you might want to increase them. However this will introduce a slight offset to all the card-positions parameters (seat_muck,dealtCards,foldedCards,omahaCards,holdemCards). Both the X and Y axis will shift for these. But once you know how much they shifted you can subtract that from every card-position param.
Important: the dealer button and the player bets will be misplaced in the unregistered version. Please use the demo version on play money tables only!
Start the pokerclient before actually running the mod or else the pokersoftware will reset the images and the layout (you will get error messages on next startup). This also means modding after every startup. That and the limited amount of runs are both trial limitations. Also make sure the minitable opens up and looks normal BEFORE running the mod.
To get betpot to work you will have to edit this parameter in the main .ahk file: miniview_tabstops. Try setting it to 4. Check the betpot thread for the proper way to calibrate the script. Also make sure you test his script on real money tables it doesnt work on playmoney. Some ipoker compatible versions can be found here.
If the "fold to any bet" checkbox is misplaced. You must turn chat on in the poker client options. So in the poker client options "table chat" must be checked.
